Bi-monthly masking tape[격월마테] is the project to produce more than one masking tape every two months.
The design of the tape is complete with the pattern of abstraction using acrylic paint. It has been running for a five-year period from April 2016 to May 2021. Let's look back on the project from the beginning to the present.

[격월마테]는 2개월 마다 새로이 하나 이상의 마스킹테이프를 만드는 프로젝트 입니다.
테이프는 컬러믹싱 작업(추상화)을 거친 후에 패턴 디자인 작업을 거쳐 제작되고 있습니다. 2016년 4월부터 2021년 5월, 현재에 이르기까지 5년간 이 작업을 지속하고 있습니다. 앞으로도 계속 될 이 프로젝트의 시작과 현재를 아우르는 과정을 짚어 보고자 합니다.

2016년에서 2021년, 5년의 시간동안 100여개가 넘는 디자인의 격월마테가 탄생했습니다.
격월마테는 기본 20mm 너비의 두툼한 마테로,
때로는 6mm 너비 때로는 30mm 너비의 마테도 만들어졌습니다.
